While I WANT to support artists and devs starting out, gosh is this a let down. Let me start with the fact that the animations are great! I love how fluent they are, but they lack severely in quantity, especially over the price you pay for this game. The full game is basically just the demo, there isn't much else to unlock past that at all. Enemies are repeated over most areas. Some enemies are specific to certain areas, but it all feels very much lacking and underwhelming. When it comes to the level design and the player movement, dear lord. Movement is super janky, bounce pads and moving platforms feel like you're using the first ever prototype, destroying crates feels kinda pointless as money can't seem to be spent anywhere and healing doesn't do much aside from keeping you from seeing a fun game over screen when enemies "overpower" you... Then the environment itself... It is 3D, but it feels incredibly empty. You can't tell where you're going, what you can interact with, everything feels much too big and disappointingly empty. So in a nutshell: It feels like a hollow early prototype demo game that is lacking a lot of refinement in literally all categories but the animations. This goes for both the demo and the full game as they are basically the same thing. I don't recommend to buy this lol Gameplaywise there's basically nothing at all and considering that you can find the animations (that you'd play this for in the first place) online. Not worth it. At all. Playing this felt like a boring grind just to get to the fun parts that were, well, the animations only. So yeah, while I love the artist's work... I can't say anything else than this being a waste of time and money.

hmm.... ok i finished act 1 (and most likely only act 1 as doubt act 2 well ever come out as act 1 according to comments took forever to in this state and it was suppose to be the full game and now cut up..) of this yesterday and sat on it to think for this review as hardly only write them unless really impresses me or hate it... at it stands right now its a pass on playing it. the "plot"... is there i guess... hell if i could tell what i was doing 95% of the time though in the 3 hours i played it. aliens come and go "were inviting this world to join in a brawl/sex fight! you can keep going fighting and screwing tell someone collects all the chaos emera... err i mean rainbow gems... and even if you get knocked out you can again once you can!" and that's really it.. go around fighting and screwing all the guy's you can. the scene's could be nice at times and was clear that's were so much of the work went into but lot the males there were not my cup of tea as so many were over weight or just ugly or i had no clue wtf they were of.. its not a reason to get the game for it at all i feel the fighting is clunky as enemy's get right up and grab you then you need to break free or do a slowwwww "press X when the circle reaches this point four times" or press X to break free but end up missing the first bit of press X when circle reaches having to watch the scene fully because you were trying to break out... not to mention hitting enemy's felt like i got more damage to me then did to them. movement also suffered because of it as if this is a 4 part game i would of expected at lest a double jump more then a ass slam. you would be walking over a ship wing at the start... only to be "floating" over it as well and other bits were you didn't even line up with the land walking on showing not much work there to make it even remotely line up properly. really all i felt thru this whole game was "were the fuck do i go..." "how much longer..." "god these fights are annoying" "these maps suck" "wth am i screwing now... a cloud??" "i don't know what lust really does then make ya drop to the ground if gets 100%? or just easier to get grabbed??" with really the only ok shit was the scenes as could tell that's were the majority of work went into... this game really isn't worth the money i spent on it.. id pass majorly unless somehow they actually put the rest out and it improves majorly as right now id say if you want to play a porn metroidvania play "castle in the sky" or "flip witch" as both are majorly better quality and full game's

The game is really good. It has some simple but very interesting mechanics — just awesome. But I wish there were bigger characters. My favorite was the frog.

Oh So Hero! is a uniquely vibrant and unapologetically bold 2.5D action-platformer that blends eye-catching visuals, fluid animation, and quirky humor into a surprisingly engaging gameplay experience. Developed by Full Frontal Frog, the game brings a fresh twist to the platforming genre with its distinct art style and mature themes. You play as the charming and often hilariously expressive protagonist, Captain Jace, a would-be hero thrust into a bizarre world filled with strange creatures, cheeky interactions, and side-scrolling challenges. What makes Oh So Hero! stand out is its combination of colorful, hand-crafted environments and smooth, high-quality character animations that really pop on screen. Gameplay-wise, the controls are responsive, and the movement feels satisfyingly agile. There's a mix of melee combat, dodging, and environmental puzzle-solving that keeps each level engaging. As development continues, the team has been steadily improving performance and adding new content, showing strong commitment to the community and vision. While the game’s adult themes won’t be for everyone, Oh So Hero! doesn’t shy away from its identity — it embraces its audience with confidence and flair. For those looking for something different, expressive, and unafraid to push boundaries, this game offers a fun and flirty ride that’s worth checking out. Pros: Beautifully animated characters and environments Smooth and responsive platforming mechanics Unique personality and mature humor Active development and community feedback Cons: Still in development; some features are incomplete Niche theme may not appeal to all players Final Verdict: ⭐ 8/10 – Oh So Hero! is a stylish, tongue-in-cheek platformer that successfully combines action, charm, and a whole lot of personality. It’s one to watch as it continues to evolve.

We all know why you're here, so here's some Pros and Cons. Pros: Excellent animations, and an in-depth gallery to watch them any time. Relatively quick and easy, so you can access "the goods" without too much trouble. Full controller support. For the amount and quality of content, the price is fair. Cons: Gallery uses symbols that aren't very clear (what the hell position is two circles and a triangle?) Some minor jank (I personally softlocked by buttslamming on the seam between two surfaces) Fullscreen cutscenes are rough with the pixelation. Can't play one-handed. Overall, I enjoyed my time with the game and look forward to the follow up.
