Wingspan: Asia Expansion

This expansion is truly a breath of fresh air for the game. The new Duet mode + new cards and actions.

Overall, it is pretty good, but overpriced in my opinion, I would wait until it is 50% off. I doubt I will play the new duet game option, but if I ever do, I will be sure to update my review. I still hope the developers make an Africa expansion, should have been one of the first in my opinion, with ostrich, white-necked raven, African penguin, lovebirds, etc.

i waited for your patch, and i bought it, and i will buy the next one, i love this games. But. This is overcomplicated. New mechanicks is tedious. id preffer you invented it in some other way.

This expansion fixes the biggest issue of the base game. The lack of the Rock Pigeon. Thankfully, this expansion adds it. So the game is definitely better because of it.

Some of the new cards make this game a little TOO complicated, and I don't know that I'll ever use the new Duet mode since it's not to my taste, but I cannot express how much I love Wingspan as a whole and the addition of new cards just keeps the whole thing fresh. For example, since the game released in 2020(?) on Steam, I have kept it installed in my games library. I tend to play a game, get tired of it or finish it, uninstall. I don't like games taking up space. But Wingspan I always keep because it's something I never get tired of. After a long, stressful day where I don't have the energy or brainpower to pop on a bigger game, this is the one I turn to, especially right before bed with its relaxing music. The kudos this game has earned over the years is well-deserved, and a digital copy is the only way I'd play since I don't have the energy to keep track of all the rules and bird abilities on my own (let alone setting it up). Let the computer do that for you so you can relax and enjoy.

If you already like Wingspan, this is just more Wingspan.
