The Hex

I appreciate what this game tries to do, and if you're interested in metanarratives or collage narratives I think it's worth playing, but overall the story and gameplay are weak and the critiques it makes of gaming are trite. We've seen all of them made before.

It's a little all over the place (pun intended). Not a fan of the overall art style, plot feels a bit meh, and jump scares caused me to lose any interest I had in the game. If you like ARGs or are nostalgic about older eras of gaming, maybe it's for you. Inscryption (by the same developer) is a much stronger offering; maybe that's what I did wrong - I played that one first.

This is a bit of a strange game, but it's quite good. Not Inscryption good, mind you, but quite good nonetheless.

Solid game, plenty of variety, surprisingly deep story and a cool ending. Some chapters went a little long but the overall experience was prime. Also the soundtrack during the space level is actual peak.

If you don't know how to design a boxing level ,then just throw it away! For god sake, i have been stuck in this shity level for almost twenty minutes.
