I picked this up after playing loads of Beat Saber and would recommend it if you like rhythm games or hitting stuff with hammers. The music selection is definitely more towards viking-style (metal?) stuff which I wouldn't typically enjoy, but I managed to find a couple of bangers. There are also custom songs available (not as extensive as Beat Saber tho). I would advise customising your hammers and drums before playing. The initial config (on a Quest 2) strained my wrists a lot, and customising it all made a big difference to strain and accuracy

The only nitpick i really have, is the accuracy of the hits. I've done the calibration so many times and i am lucky to break 50% perfects on controller. That being said, the little time i put into it so far at the time of the review, i enjoyed. Small learning curve if using a controller, since the prompts do not show under the drums. However, you can change the button inputs. For VR, slightly more of a learning curve. I often forgot how "close" or "far" the drums were so i would stop getting perfect hits quite often. The other hammers you can unlock did make it slightly harder if using one not the same shape as the center of the drum, which threw off my timing. When the game says hit the rune when it's in the center, they really do mean it. If you want any chance to winning multiplayer, play ALOT of solo so get better at the timing.

this game is epic for 2 bucks it is now atm the best music game you can have not only that but being able to have custom songs is just epic i will never stop playing this from time to time :D and dont forget about vr

This game is so unbelievably addicting. It's like guitar hero but better. I don't have anything else to say but get the game. 10/10, highly recommend it.

I think I have my new favourite music title. This is exactly what i was looking for, better soundtrack with so many options to buy with dlc's is insane. There is even option to edit tracks in-game and that is super cool. So if u want to have music competitive battle or just play it solo and enjoy the awesome tracks then this is definitelly for you. I can really recommend this title as must have

If you liked any of Guitar Hero, DJ Max Portable or Patapon, this is a game you should try. Very fun rhythms to play, good songs. For beginners of this genre, the songs in the default game are not so easy. Another downside is I couldn't calibrate well enough on my steam deck, so my perfect hits are not the ones I feel that should have been. Anyways, I loved the game and music.

As someone who doesn't have VR and plays on controller, This is Brilliantly fun. EDIT: My ONLY gripe is my headphone volume won't go high enough

absolute banger ! game is so good and music are so good, dev are so good and the community is so good and supportive, with many volunteers, they made a site for library of custom song with a custom ranked system ! GOD IS GOOD !!!!!!!!!
