Kingdom Eighties

not worth the money. terrible story. it feels like things have moved backwards since the last game. doesn't even have online co-op. super short. poor cut-scenes. choppy frames and audio bugs. this game is honestly a huge letdown. kingdom two crowns has ~10 times the amount of content and is just cooler. they removed hermits and the challenges. there's 2 new enemies. and replaced archer towers with unmanned turrets. removed all professions other than builders, archers and knights. removed shrines. feels childish in the sense that you are literally paying 5 year old kids to kill the greed for you. removed the need to find better materials to build better structures. no farms, no seasons. really missed the mark on this one.

Kingdom Eighties is really cool if you like one or more of these four things: The Eighties, the Kingdom series, short digestible stories or Stranger Things. It's very, very short, but it's fun and full of cool art and incredible music. It's worth a shot!

As a Kingdom veteran, here since first game's launch day and totaling around 200h of game time combined, I really enjoyed this version. It was fun. It is easier than the other games due to the mechanics present in this version and the game is shorter, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and that's all that matters to me. The cutscenes are simple and the story [i]is[/i] rather bland, but it doesn't take away from the experience, especially considering there was no story to be had in the other versions. If you really liked the previous games and you're not seeking the toughest challenge, it's worth even the full price, otherwise get it on sale. Again, I had a really positive experience as a big Kingdom fan!

its pretty good compared to its predecessor. I like the 80s style and music. A good portion of easter eggs from 80s movies. There is alot of new assets and variation of money generation asset. Seeing the kids scout manning the booths and serving ice creams is nice. The backdrop is gorgeous. Wish these much new asset created. I think it would be a good idea to create mission challenges. Wish the endless dont necessary be coop tho. Overall its great. Wish there is more tho.

Met expectations. Wasn't as good as Norse Lands, but still pretty good.

Game is fun, as all the other Kingdom games. Sweet Baby Inc. detected tho, wish I knew before I bought it. Would have skipped it then.

I liked this iteration of Kingdom. I think it deserves more love.
