It's another solid Glass jigsaw puzzle game. I was actually a little bit disappointed in this compared to the previous game. From the onset, the game provides you with a myriad of options on how to set the puzzles. While it's nice to have these additional options, I wish it had defaulted to the previous setup of the past game which had it the way I like it already. For the first 15 minutes I was confused as to why it felt so terrible rotating my pieces. Turns out they changed the default setting from the previous game to make rotating your pieces not set to 'inverted' (which is the typical standard in games). Fortunately this was a setting I could toggle in the options/controls menu. So while this made my start with the game a little off-putting, the main reason this felt like a step down from the previous game was that the puzzles are much easier to complete. I feel the primary reason for this is that there are less angles you can rotate your pieces. This iteration of Glass Masquerade was fun anyhow, and possibly the best thanks to the additional options. You could easily sink 3-4x playtime into this than the previous games.

Date of completion regarding Steam Achievements: July 9, 2025 It's like the other two games but with additional ways to play them. Best of all, the Steam Achievements can be acquired without completing the game in general. ...So I didn't. 🙂 But for those who do, here's the guides to help ya. https://steamcommunity.com/app/1536980/guides/ Also, shiny glass.

Glass Masquerade is exactly what I need when I want to unwind. The gorgeous stained-glass puzzles, relaxing music and gentle pace make it the perfect mental reset between intense tasks or long work sessions. It’s chill, satisfying, and genuinely helps clear my mind. I work with people and pleasing everyone can be challenging, so I really enjoy keep coming back whenever I need a peaceful 10 min break to just relax a bit

Game crashes frequently. Have lost progress on multiple puzzles and when they can take "15-30 minutes" on hard, it's not ideal to lose any amount of that progress.

Why game 3 is always a disappointment? I love Glass Masquerade 1 and 2, but this one... the art is so simple, they abandoned the unique stained glass art that made this franchise unique... I felt like the developers lost love for your own game... It's really sad, I really recomend 1 and 2, and forget this one exist. Anyway, it's easier, you can finish a puzzle in 5 minutes, which is about 3 times faster compared to the previous ones.

This puzzle group seems to be somewhat challenging to me. It gets easier, in my opinion, as each puzzle progresses.
