Buying this pack is a great way to give thanks to a creator in this game's community! Look, it would be basically impossible to truly represent a diverse and massive continent as Africa with its rich variety of cultures in one, single content creator pack....which is probably why this is "in miniature," right? Anyways, I would mostly describe this pack as a collection of eclectic to supplement, or supplant, existing options and imply a diversity of culture in your cities. When this initially released there weren't as many assets included, but within short order, things were added that increased the scope of this pack. My favorite of these was actually the high school because it just looks like a nice highschool that isn't too large or too small. It fits pretty well most places. When it comes to the unique buildings in this pack, they are indeed quite unique. There's one, the Royal Museum, which features these two snake entrances. I think that one looks really good next to the zoo parks as an implied reptile house. The rest are just nice ways to diversify your city, but I don't really go out of my way to place them unless I want to very purposefully show off these assets. There is one that I just never use, the Conference Center...I just don't like that bright blue gravel decal. It's just a bit odd. The rest are all nice. The parks are probably not assets you'll use more than one of, but the service buildings you might. The best service building in my opinion, after the high school, isn't the elementary school (though, that is useful), but the Condensation Tower. This was a post launch addition as far as I can tell. It is just a little water producing asset that you can put in wherever since it only takes up the space of a single square on a grid, but it is not tied to the grid. It doesn't produce noise pollution or anything like that either since it is basically just a big rain collection cistern. This is just a really nice asset to plug into certain areas, especially those with the Green Cities vibes. I'm glad they added it. All in all, this is not going to be a pack that lets you fully recreate the African experience...I mean, there's only 9 growables after everything else, BUT this will help you achieve some colorful, unique vibes. I highly recommend picking up this pack, especially on sale and/or as part of a bundle!
