A great DLC that adds 3 new levels and some more illnesses to the game.

Pretty fun- not played TPH for about 4yrs but felt like playing again and this DLC was on sale. You get 3 hospitals. Wouldnt really be worth full price though

All the negative features of the main game are combined in the first level, such as no income, money only from third parties after objectives, earthquakes, diseases that can only be researched later, so that you have to send the patients home. Have fun.
