Very fun and realistic game, and with the new update they can now ban people so there are no little 5 year old Timmy running around, team killing everyone and handling the n-word as if it was the infinity gauntlet

One of my top 3 VR games. So many improvements were made during last year it's hard to believe. One of the rare occasions where game was fun from the start and with each update just getting better and better

this is a big breath of fresh air after playing the sandbox vr shooters that is pavlov, contractors, and onward; this very much feels like a step in a real concentrated direction and i really like what it's going for. it's not too milsim, it's not too arcadey. it's just missing that singleplayer-friendly aspect. even some semi-braindead ai would be nice. good game.

until recently i really would of recommended this game, it feels kinda like a VR version of swat 4, the gun play feels great and the sound design is really good, the TTK is short but feels good and mission variety is ok could use more, however with the newest update they pushed if you get i think its 3 tk just across any pub lobby you get a 12h ban from multiplayer, this is a sim like game with no name tags ect and if i get 3 kills its a 12h ban nar, i can understand they are trying to deal with trolls but this is a poor enough fix IMHO to not recommend this anymore

Trying to play 2-player co-op - fed up with AI spawn camping (from about 3ft away). Seemed good, but nowhere near as smooth as the videos give you to believe. Refunded

This game is one of the best VR shooters out there. the graphics may be a bit on the lower side but the gameplay is super realistic

This game is well made its just the player base is 90 percent 13 year old kids and it just ruins the game

Well made game, gives the closest feeling to the Ready or Not in VR, but also adds some military-type missions.

Very good of a game for those two are obsessed with tactical stuff. I don't know what to add here, I'm not that much of a nerd.

Avatar blocky-ness made irrelevant by Incredibly smooth play mechanics. Despite a lamentably young player base, still a brilliant game.

Despite the kinda goofy name and polygon graphics, this is definitely one of the best VR multiplayer games on the market for those with an FPS itch. The gun-play feels incredible, enemies actually move and don't just stand around for you to shoot them, and when modding is opened up the potential will be limitless.

For being such a visually simple game this one is FUN! the gun handling and sounds are top notch! I wish they let your run a a little faster though.

Fun, but way too many kids in multiplayer.

Super simple, yet terrific! quite easy to learn and play. Runs very smooth and is fun. A little hidden gem.

If you are a veteran or have close friends who can cooperate with you and are used to light milsim elements, you will enjoy this performance-friendly, tight-controlling tactical paced shooter. Public lobbies are - yes - full of kids on aging Quest 2s, but overall you will meet at least one other competent player in every match you wind up in. PvP is sweaty but fair, as there is no particular combination of attachments that gives an unfair edge against other players, for they can always create an identical setup at no cost to time or money.

After spending a short amount of time with Tactical Assault VR, I’m excited to say this game has huge potential and it’s definitely there. The developers and community are incredibly welcoming to new players, and it’s clear that both are committed to helping the game grow with each update. The game play physics are outstanding, and the attention to detail in the weapons, maps, and mission scenarios really stands out. It feels immersive and satisfying to play. That said, the game is currently best enjoyed with friends. Playing solo can be quite challenging especially on certain maps that are nearly impossible to complete alone due to the lack of AI teammates and the highly skilled enemy AI. Solo players may find it frustrating to push through missions without backup. Overall, this is a fantastic game with a bright future, and I’m excited to see where it goes next.

Aside from the kids who like to play PVP in a PVE lobby, the game is one of the greatest MILSIM VR shooters I have played in a very long time. Thanks to the devs for keeping up with the content and sales team for the affordable prices on a great product.

A slow based tactical vr shooter that has great gameplay and awesome coop and single player to it? Count me in. The gunplay reminds me of Tarkov.

okay, i know i've only played for 20 minutes at the time of this but i'd just like to say a few things that i found: no customisable controls, it's disorienting switching from games like h3vr to this, but customisable controls would be great also would like to say the first multiplayer server i joined had one other person, he said (word for word) "yo, i can't see you, zac the black" you could probably tell what he said next, so not a very pleasant first experience, though the game is great i overall recommend this game but it does take getting used to, it's not the game's fault for the second thing i encountered

well optimized, every other player is a prepubescent child, expect to die from your team more than the enemy.

Navigating the menu is a mess, there is no height calibration or seated mode. Once you are in game there is no way for you to pull up an in game menu. Guns have such a horrible offset from controllers. I tried using different guns but they all had the same issue where you have to horrendously move your dominant hand far to the right/left to actually be able to use your gun accurately or even look down the sights. Waste of time and a massive headache.

Not happy with the new ban system, I dont expect to get banned for just mucking around in the lobby with friends and strangers,limits custom game modes

Just played the update, none of the problems I had with the game (single player only) were addressed. The gameplay starts good with solid weapon selection and good sound/feedback from them. But that is the only plus to me. Enemies can take a rifle round to the head and survive, or multiple rounds to the t shirt wearing chest and survive. They also have awareness of you without looking at you. If you are in the area, they will turn and start shooting in a couple seconds. They stand in total darkness with no way of seeing to ambush you. They can now get back up after being downed with no way of knowing they are not dead. If you get killed you have a very high chance of getting spawn camped, especially on the first level. The hold out until the chopper arrives is garbage, the enemies just spawn from nowhere all around you. The lock pick doesn't work. This is also a bad implementation of VR. The game has dead basic graphics, but his still stuttery, even with a very powerful computer and GPU. Grabbing things on your vest is very touchy, and you have to be able to do it in a split second. Climbing up or down ladders is terrible. You move very slow, especially if you carry a "heavy" weapon. Doors are difficult to open and get in the way in the "realistic" way VR developers must think is cool, but is just a nuisance. Overall, a terrible game and a poor use of VR.

Love it but id like to see a option to just turn up the pc graphics to the limits like the beta but in every newer version. only the graphics is the downside in my opinion currently

You either play with friends or you'll be alone up against loads of terrorists. Had to refund because playing all alone is no fun and the servers are (seemingly) dead so i couldn't even queue up for co-op. If you have friends with VR who also want a tactical shooter this is for you, if you're a sad fuck like myself and have no friends with VR i'd suggest avoiding this title despite it having really good gunplay.
