SCP: Secret Files

Absolutely huge waste of money, i realized too late how bad this game was and was unable to return it. waste of money that coudve been spent on far better scp games. This was awful and felt like an insult to gaming, the gameplay was super boring basically being a hold w simulator with a lazy cover for story. I waited through 45 minutes of fucking cartoon paper animation thinking the game would get good. Right as the game was about to get good: end credits,"are you fucking kidding me??!" I exlclaimed outloud at my desk. This review is because i cant refund this shit.

Truly one of the best story games I have ever played even though i am am a huge wuss and struggled to get past the black box bit I thoroughly enjoyed this I highly recommend this if you enjoy games more for the lore than the game play. There was some banger music in the game and the sound always kept me engaged even with my attention span rivalling a gold fish. Truly worth every dolour and I hope they add more to the game soon

Amazing game! I really enjoyed the story, although i dont like the chase sequences very much but theyre few so its alright.

It wasn't bad but wasn't exceptionally great either. I'd like to give this a neutral rating. While I liked the humor and different kinds of gameplay, I disliked how annoying some achievements were. You could replay stories to get them but you were unable to skip dialogues and cutscenes. Making just one mistake would force you to start the story all over and some, like the dragon one, were very boring and hard to watch more than once. Another achievement was Halloween only so I gave up. The sudden ending reminded me that this is just a chapter in a game that isn't getting developed anymore, with no word from the devs. Don't play this if you are expecting a full game. If you like the game, you'll just get very upset because it will never have an ending, as so many other promising indie games. Music and voice acting were good though, and the 701 and 239 stories were unsettling enough to see the potential that such an scp game would have. It's just sad that it was incomplete.

i was pretty excited for this game, but its very disappointing. i played this game out of obligation, not fun. its slow, boring, and the dialogue is quite odd. it sounds like its written by chat gpt.
