Have a Nice Death

What is worse than death? Death with burnout, charged with coffee. The idea of this game is so stupid it's interesting. We play as Death being the CEO of “Death, Incorporated” who is on the verge of burnout. His subordinates have gone a bit haywire, leaving Death swamped with a mountain of paperwork. In the end, he moves through the floors of his corporation to show who is boss here Lovely animations, Swift gameplay. Easy to learn, hard to master.

Hits a very specific itch, fun and fast paced, if challenging. But, the lag when a couple things happen at once on screen, especially during Sorrow battles, has caused enough consistent deaths to not be having a nice one anymore

This game is done really well imo, i have yet to run into a single bug/issue from my 9 hours of playtime already. The art style, characters, animations, literally everything runs smooth.

Have a Nice Death is a visually striking roguelike with a fantastic art style and smooth, satisfying gameplay. The combat is fun and fluid, with plenty of weapon variety to keep things fresh. That said, some weapons—especially ranged and auto-aiming ones—feel a bit overpowered and could use rebalancing. Still, despite the occasional imbalance, it’s a well-crafted experience that’s definitely worth trying.

Nice game, but it tortures my GPU. There's no ingame option to limit fps and it overwrites the frame cap I configured in the AMD drivers, resulting in the game running at 800 fps and making my GPU melt. Part of optimisation is a working frame cap. I am severely dissapointed.

As a long time Castlevania Symphony of the Night fan, this scratched a lot of those itches. But it is also a roguelite too. For me, this is better than all of those others that I've tried. I even like this more than Deadcells.

Played this one so much I finally have to give it a review :D Love the animation, good humor, character controls really feel good. I dont think I can beat this ones' final boss even on self fulfillment, but I will surely try some more :D

Fun and cute rogue-like. If you like Hades definetly reccomend giving this a try.

Super fun game. Never completed difficulty V or X. A little too much on RNG side for loadouts and pickups but I always came back for more.

Extremely fun and charming game. Replay value is very high. I find myself coming back to it when I'm bored of everything else.

Seems to be a nice game, but apparently a very old bug that randomly outright disables your ability to jump for the rest of the stage still is not fixed. Cannot recommend. If it happens to you right in the tutorial, you know that this is not a game that you should pay any money for.
