The store is now operational for Patreon users

To the point, I have moved the rewards code to Patreon users and it is now working, by "cutting and pasting" the code I have also applied these changes:
- I have renamed the rewards to the Patreon store, but it works the same way, every day you earn 1 coin and when you have enough you can "buy" games. I've also taken the opportunity to make some tweaks to the interface.
- I've added 30 games to the store.
- It will no longer be necessary to link a Steam account to earn coins daily and claim games.
- Games with a minimum quality will range between 10 and 20 coins, this is because users who use the Trial version of Patreon will get 9 coins at most and I don't want anyone to abuse the system.
- If your email on the account doesn't match the one you use on Patreon you can add it in the account section. But I've restricted it to a single email that can't be changed once it's been used on Patreon, this is to avoid users creating Trial accounts ad infinitum.
The next idea I have for Patreon users is to show an expanded section of user reviews with data taken from Steam, and although I hate giving dates, I hope to have it during the first week of December.
