The web comes back to life

I'm back to life, it seems that all parts of the website are now working correctly and I have the deals updated. I can only apologize and start with the important thing, no data has been lost or compromised.
I'll explain the crash and my reasons why I'm very angry with my current hosting Smarterasp. On Tuesday the 4th at around 18:00 GMT+1 there was an update on the hosting that went wrong, I'm aware that no one is free from this type of incident and I think that the important thing in these cases is how you react. Instead of being transparent with their clients at Smarterasp they opted for silence for the first 12 hours and until the 5th I didn't know if they had even found out about the massive crash. They blamed it on an update on a US server but I'm located in Europe, something that left me confused and frankly doesn't add up. During the following days they were posting messages in their Facebook group that everything was going well but I still had the pepeizqdeals.com domain blocked, without the possibility of sending files, without email and without access to customer support (in short, I could not do anything on my part).
Yesterday, the 7th, they re-enabled access to support, I was able to send a ticket and until today, the 8th, they have not helped me. During all these days I did not receive any email from Smarterasp informing me about the crash, and their communication was only 4 messages on their official page and in their Facebook group (with comments disabled). The surreal situation has occurred on Facebook that the group of those affected by the Smarterasp hosting crashes now has almost half the followers of the official group.
The question I imagine you will ask is what I will do with the hosting, frankly I do not know right now. I have the money dilemma, changing hosting means paying several hundred euros in advance that I don't have right now and the competition that Smarterasp has with servers in Europe is reduced to literally 3 hosting services. If I were filthy rich I would move the website to one of the business options like Azure or AWS but that's about paying almost 100 euros a month, and that's something I wouldn't even consider because of the money.
I can only apologize again, I wasn't prepared for a crash where the hosting has you blind and also for being poor, because if I could afford a real hosting this wouldn't have happened.
