Improving the Historical Lows section

This is going to be a slightly smaller update post than usual, but since we're in the middle of the Steam sale, I think it's important.
I've updated all the code related to the Historical Lows section:
- I've put the requests you send to my server on a slimming regime, which has greatly reduced the response time to your browser.
- I've optimized the graphical generation of results lists as much as I can, but I can't perform miracles because if you request lists with thousands of results and you have a computer that should be retired, you'll experience an initial lag when loading the list.
- I've implemented dynamic links to be shared, for example, if you want to share the historical lows on Green Man Gaming (Gold) with someone, just send them this link.
- I've added filtering by release year, so you can narrow down the lists of minimums to various time periods.
- Filtering by name and Steam Deck now works properly.
And that's it. While the Steam sales are running, I'll keep testing various ideas to improve the website's performance, so I don't think I'll make another update post until after the sales.
