I really wish I could give this game a thumbs up rating, but I can't. I mean the graphics, in line with the rest of the series, are great, cartoonish, but so nice. Controls are... well takes some time to get in front of exactly where you want, but I've played much worse. Music is atmospheric and spot-on for the notion of the game. So, why the thumbs down rating? 'Cause it's too damn long! That's why. Too many tasks, each moving the story ever so little. Most are timed, amply so, and yet, timed. The merging of the two previous games in the series, so now you have to "manage" a housing complex and work at the ministry, making you rush between the two locations (and even the metro, that has no point other than connecting the two locations, is playable, instead of a sort of "magic teleport"... though nothing game enhancing happens there). It's just becomes tedious really fast. Also, there's no sandbox feeling to it: all tasks have to be done in a rather pre-defined way to succeed. Try to "go off the reservation" and do your own thing... hope you have a save game ready, cause with most tasks failure is death, i.e., game over. It's just goes on the exact same, over and over. It's boring and repetitive. I don't even care about the finish, or getting all the achievements anymore. The game's concept is rock solid, the implementation superb and on-par with the rest of the series. But, geez... cut the mundane factor in half, at least, and let me do what I want... with consequences, both good, and bad. This is a repetitive puzzler, where the solutions are handed to you, so in essence, a visual interactive novel. And, like this comment, yes, too long. Shame. I really wanted to like this game. Really.

Game is Fun. I don´t know why people are saying its bad or unfinished. Everything worked really good for me.

Past me would be very surprised to learn this, but I actually recommend this game. It's not as in-depth as its predecessors, and some of the endings may be obvious from the moment you complete certain tasks, but it's an overall fun game. The characters are unique and engaging (yes, even Sabine), and the plot is pretty good. I enjoyed it a lot.

I like spying on my neighbors and coworkers and blackmailing them for money.
